Mortgage Property Aggregate Delete History

Delete history is an audit trail of rows that were removed from the live Mortgage Property Aggregate dataset. It is useful when you need to explain why a mortgage or property row no longer appears in the current aggregate, reconcile downstream systems after cleanup jobs, or investigate orphan records that were later matched and resolved.

How to use it

  • Access: Query the delete-history entity exposed for this product in OData $metadata (entity set name may appear as MortgagePropertyAggregateDeleteHistory or similar). Use the same host and Authorization: Bearer pattern as other Insights entities.
  • Look up by property: Filter on CID, ParcelNumber, CountyFipsCode
  • Look up by transaction: Filter on MortgageTransactionID when you still have the old transaction id (including values prefixed with ORPHAN_).
  • Time windows: Filter on DeletedAt
  • Reason codes: Use DeleteReason to narrow results—for example ORPHAN_RESOLVED when an orphan was linked to a real aggregate row NewMortgageTransactionID NMLS_DELETED or MORTGAGE_DELETED when upstream source data was dropped or superseded.
