Recorder’s Book Number Some counties only use Book & Page reference without the Document Number, others may use only the Document number. number

Trustee Sale Number Number assigned by the Trustee for the purpose of tracking the foreclosure for the given property. May also be referred to as File # or TS#. Format varies. number
Case Number This field is populated in judicial states only and is assigned by the court where the foreclosure suit was filed. Format varies. (Previously Title Company Name field thru Feb 2007 production.) number
Original Date of Contract The date that the document was executed by the parties. Equals or pre-dates the recording date. In some cases, may be the Notary Date. Format: YYYYMMDD date
Unpaid Balance Whole dollars. Unpaid principal amount of the loan as stated on the foreclosure document. varchar
Past Due Amount Amount that is past due on the loan. Format in whole dollars. NOTE: There may be documents that do not report a past due amount and therefore field may be blank. varchar
Past Due As of Date The Date entered into this field corresponds to the amount keyed into the Past Due Amount field. If the Total Delinquency Amount was keyed, then this field will be populated with the As of Date for the Total Delinquency amount or if not provided, then the Contract Date. If the Installment Amount was keyed, then the Installment Due Date for the first missed payment should be entered. NOTE: This field is only populated when the Past Due Amount field is populated - See "Payment Due Date" field as alternate field when no amount is keyed. Format: YYYYMMDD date
Contact First Name & Middle Name Contact Name for information regarding sale of property (or to cure the default). For historical records, if no contact name given, then Trustee name was duplicated to this field. For current recordings, contact names are entered if different than the Trustee. varchar
